SMALL PACKET
There is NO Tracking for this service – There are actually 3 price levels of this Service.
1) 0 - .025grams – Your talking about a piece of paper or two
2) .025 - .500 grams – or up to 1lb to United States
3) .500 grams – 2kg
NOTE: The weight limitations must also include packaging weight.

         USA -  no longer available
         INTERNATIONAL – no longer available to some Countries, still available to others

SMALL PACKET AIR – Does not provide any Tracking,
         USA - 1-2 weeks to the Continental (NOT COUNTING weekends & Holiday)
             (Outside of Continental North America refer to International)
         INTERNATIONAL -  2-4 weeks–( NOT COUNTING weekends & Holiday)

TRACKED PACKET – Includes Tracking,
        USA – about 2 weeks to the Continental
            (Outside of Continental North America refer to International)

          This has replaces Small Packet Surface (Ground) to the USA & various other
          countries.

 

EXPEDITED – Includes Tracking,
 up to 30kg in weight, Less Size restrictions

2nd day and Overnight delivery is NOT guaranteed to locations that Fedex Identifies as Extended Outlying Areas.  You will not be reimbursed the cost of shipping for these services in these areas.

FREIGHT – CARGO - EXPORT

1) All Freight & Cargo shipments can take 2-3 days for us to get quotes returned.
2) All quote prices are good for 10 days only,
    After that a New Quote must be acquired, unless otherwise specified.
3) Our quote for shipping is just that. It is getting the cargo from Our Location to a designated Terminal, closest to you.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for all landing fees and charges, including Brokerage, as applied by your country. If you are not already familiar with what charges to expect when your shipment arrives, you may want to find a Customs Broker, or the Customs Dept, or whatever the agency is that handles imports to your Country, to ask then what charges you can expect.

if it is arriving by Ocean or AirPort.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping cost & fees of returning an item.
All items being returned must be Returned in a timely manor of up to two weeks from date of delivery, UNLESS otherwise stated

1. We must be notified of your intent to Return an item within 14 days
     from the date it was delivered, unless otherwise specified.
2. You will be sent RETURN AUTHORIZATION with INSTRUCTIONS.
3. You must follow Return Instructions Explicitly
4. Return the item in Unused Condition
5. Any/All item returned without RETURN AUTHORIZATION,
     without following RETURN INSTRUCTION will be refused.
